The renovation of a 407 square feet apartment, over 30 years old, in Fu Heng Estate, Tai Po. Client’s seeks to transform a previously messy and unhealthy living conditions into a hygienic, cozy, and functional home for a family of five, including two kids. The design team greedily optimized every inch of space across three distinct rooms to align with the client’s vision for a tidy and smart living environment and aim to elevate their living experience with a harmonious blend of style, functionality, and comfort.

The design focuses on maximizing the compact layout with custom built-ins and multi-functional furniture, such as an extendable dining table, to create a tidy and efficient living environment. It addresses mildew-stained ceilings, broken window frames, and exposed wiring, window replacement, and concealed rewiring to ensure safety and hygiene. Moreover, The bathroom features sleek microcement finishes, enhancing durability and a seamless, modern look.
Incorporate a minimalist aesthetics with clean lines, a warm neutral palette, and durable finishes creates a modern, inviting atmosphere. The design prioritizes a child-friendly bedroom, living area, and workspace that balance comfort and practicality to meet the family’s daily needs.
